Todd O’Gara – Founder & President
Todd O’Gara, D.D.S., founded WANU in an effort to promote public health and wellness. Dr. O’Gara served as the company’s CEO from November 2012 to December 2014. Under his leadership, WANU has procured regional and national distribution, as well as the management team and Board of Directors it currently holds today. Dr. O’Gara is an avid outdoorsman and active philanthropist.
Steve Dollase – Chief Executive Officer
Steve Dollase is a retail and beverage industry veteran who has helped countless emerging and established brands achieve success. He has done so as an executive, an investor and as a consultant with both Deloitte and McKinsey. Steve is also one of the founders of the Wake Forest University Center for Retail Innovation where he still serves as an advisor. In his first career, he served as an active duty Navy Supply Corps Officer where he led business and supply chain functions in combat operations across multiple operations theaters. He holds a BS from Valparaiso University, an MS from the Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Steve lives the WANU lifestyle; he’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, yogi (especially hot yoga), runner, biker and swimmer.
Craig Olkiewicz – Senior VP of Sales
Craig joined WANU as Sr. VP Sales in September of 2016 after spending the last 6+ years with Red Bull North America in various sales leadership roles. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President, National Accounts, where he managed several of the company’s largest customers (7-11, Circle K, Costco, Albertsons/Safeway and Dollar General). Prior to that, he oversaw the National Chain Drug business, as well as Kroger, Speedway, Target, QuikTrip, Pilot/Flying J and several super regional accounts in the Western US. Craig is a passionate sales leader with nearly two decades of experience in the CPG space, having held a number of roles with both Procter & Gamble and Cadbury.
Jacqueline O’Gara – Chief Marketing Officer
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Jacqueline O’Gara has built a successful career as Marketing Manager focused on health and wellness products. Jacqueline’s career has led her to publicity roles at major record labels and high fashion brands, to developing million dollar campaigns and events to promote women’s health. With a strong background in Public Relations, she specializes in strategic development and brand management. Jacqueline first attended West Virginia University on a Division I Swimming scholarship and later graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Advertising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York. Jacqueline has led the Company’s marketing initiatives since 2013.
Emma Nelson – Senior Director of Product Development
Emma Nelson, graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.A. in both Biochemistry and Nutrition. In the summer of 2009, Emma was accepted as a summer scholar in the Cornell University Food Science Summer Scholars program. Following her internship at Cornell, Emma worked at PepsiCo in Hawthorne, NY in their Long Term Research group investigating novel sweeteners and surfactants for next generation Pepsi, Gatorade, and Sierra Mist products. Emma then completed her M.S. in Food Science at North Carolina State University. Prior to WANU, Emma worked with the Schwann Food Company where her role encompassed: new product development, cost savings measures, and investigation of product issues arising in the market place. In mid-November of 2014, Emma joined the WANU team, and has since aided in the brand’s relaunch and helped to identify clean water solutions, better processing protocols, and procure WANU’s new custom bottle design. As the WANU brand grows, Emma will develop delicious new flavors and innovative new products.
