This chia pudding makes a simple low sugar breakfast that’s perfect for when you’re on the go or in a time crunch! Simply prepare the chia pudding at night and have a delicious and nutrient-rich breakfast ready to go!
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup Wanu Dark Cherry
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- Several drops of stevia or sweetener of choice, optional
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
In a large mason jar or other sealable container, combine almond milk, Wanu, chia seeds and optional sweetener. Secure the top and shake well to combine.
Leave the chia pudding in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, layer and/or top with cherries and enjoy!
