- 3 Tablespoons of Dark Cherry wanu (substitute of simple syrup)
- 3 Muddled Cherries
- 2 Oz. Gin
- Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
- Prosecco
- In a cocktail shaker, combine muddled cherries, dark cherry wanu, gin + lemon juice with a couple of ice cubes. Shake for a few seconds.
- Pour into two cocktail glasses + top off with prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon peel + a fresh cherry.
