INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of black sanding sugar
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz strawberry serrano lime
- 5 -8 ice cubes
- 1 lime slice for garnish
- 1 can sparkling mineral water
- 3 - 4 drops of blue, red and green food coloring
Rim a glass with a lime slice and dip in the black sanding sugar. Next, combine tequila, lime juice, wanu and ice cubes into a shaker. Shake vigorously. Using a strainer, pour the mix into glass with ice. Add food coloring and stir until desired greenish -black color is achieved. Top the drink off with Topo Chico and garnish with a lime slice.
