- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup peach passion wanu
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/8 tsp of pumpkin pie spice + ground cinnamon
- ice
