This spring spritzer mocktail is made with watermelon raspberry wanu, lime, mint, fresh berries, and sparkling water. Easy, refreshing, fiber-filled, and low calorie, this beautiful berry drink will be a hit at your next party!

Yields: 2 mocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime, cut into slices
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 8 blackberries
  • 8 raspberries
  • 1 cup watermelon raspberry wanu
  • berry sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Add 2 lime slices, 4 fresh mint leaves, 4 blackberries, and 4 raspberries to each glass + muddle
  2. Fill the glasses with ice, add the wanu water, and stir well
  3. Top with sparkling water
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig, slice of lime, and any extra berries if desired

For a boozy twist, add 2 oz of white rum to each glass. Enjoy!
