green cucumber mocktail

Inspired by Olivia Noceda’s green dream mocktail, this well-balanced drink is made with kiwi, cucumber, mint, lime juice, honey, kiwi cucumber wanu, and sparkling water. The wanu water not only compliments the fresh ingredients, but also adds extra gut health benefits, including prebiotic fiber to promote gut-healthy bacteria and help control blood sugar levels. This refreshing mocktail is perfect to enjoy with a friend for Dry January (+ beyond!)


2 mocktails


  • ½ kiwi
  • ½ cucumber
  • bunch of mint
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (honey + hot water, optional for a sweeter taste)
  • 2 oz kiwi cucumber wanu
  • sparkling water
  • ice


  1. Blend cucumber, mint, lime juice and honey syrup together with wanu until smooth
  2. Add kiwi to the bottom of your glasses + muddle
  3. Garnish the glasses with thinly sliced cucumber + strain in blended mixture over ice
  4. Top off with sparkling water, mix, and enjoy!
