- An easy-to-digest meal that will stabilize blood sugar levels (fiber!) with no heartburn or indigestion
- Plenty of nutrients that help maximize your body’s performance
- Lots of hydration from the WANU, fruits, and greens
Pre-Workout Green Smoothie Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup kiwi cucumber WANU
- 1 large apple, cored
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional: Add choice of protein powder for added boost!
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth (Tip: use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold)
