Protein Bites
Who doesn't need a little protein boost once in a while? Inspired by Nutritionist and Author, Jessica Sepel of JS Health, we made our own protein bites to fuel you through the day! Packed with protein and omega 3's, these tasty bites are the perfect power snack.

Protein Bites Yields: 10-15 Balls


  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter/almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh dates, pitted and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tsp. natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • handful of raw almonds (or walnuts)
  • a splash of Dark Cherry WANU
  • desiccated coconut


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Add a splash of Dark Cherry WANU and mix.
  3. Roll ingredients into balls with your hands - about 10-15 balls.
  4. Roll balls into desiccated coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set.
  6. Enjoy this delight with mindful eating.
